Yoo Sang-Hyun joins the cast for new KBS drama ‘Perfect Wife’

Actor Yoo Sang-Hyun has been announced to join the new KBS drama “Perfect Wife” as one of the lead character. Other cast members including veteran actress Ko So-Young and Yoon Yeo-Jung. The drama is slated to air in February next year. Singer and actor Yoon Sang-Hyun has decided to join the cast of new KBS drama “Perfect Wife” according to KBS official as reported by JTBC News . He will join actress Ko So-Young and Yoon Yeo-Jung. Yoon will play as a main character Koo Jung-Hee, a husband of a beautiful wife played by Ko So-Young. While veteran actress Yoon Yeo-Jung is cast as his mother inlaw.
Following the announcement, Sang-Hyun’s agency MGB Entertainment released a statement that they have received the confirmation from KBS regarding his role in the drama according to report from News1 . The agency currently waiting for further notice regarding the detail schedule of the drama. Yoon started his career in showbiz in 2005 as an actor playing small role in many dramas. The 43-year old actor made a breakthrough in 2009 when he was cast as a chaebol in the KBS drama “My Fair Lady” which has the same title with the currently aired drama in the KBS starring Oh Ji-Ho. Afterward, he tried his singing skill. He sang the original soundtrack of his most popular drama Secret Garden aired in SBS in 2010. He also released a Japanese language album “The Last Rain” which was distributed in Japan in the same year. He continued his acting career in drama and film along with his music career. This year he had involved in two drama project, playing a titular role Nam Jung-Gi in the JTBC drama “Ms. Temper and Nam Jung-Gi” and the recently ended “Shopaholic Louis” in the MBC as the strict manager Cha Joong-Won.
