SBS Gayo Daejun or also known as SAF will be front lining amazing K-Pop groups this year. As there are many big groups like Big Bang, Sech Kies, and EXO, there will be super rookie groups too like Twice, Seventeen, Blackpink and Gfriend. It will be an amazing night but what do fans need to expect from SAF this year? 1.       BIG BANG Big Bang is the most awaited performers of the night and will close the show. Big Bang will perform their new releases “Fxxk It” and “Last Dance.” Fans and viewers are general have to expect energetic and fantastic performance from the group. Also, we need to see TOP’s dancing and the GD’s wardrobe that night!
2.       Christmas remixes As we all know, Christmas remixes on the Gayo Daejuns are a thing. Fans will be delighted with many of the remixes such as Twice “TT” Christmas version. Twice will be releasing a special Christmas album and there will be a “TT” Christmas version. Seventeen, the 13-member boy group loves doing remixes for special performances, so SAF will not be an exemption. Also, groups like Mamamoo will do something different to their performance, like they always do. 3.       Taeyeon Taeyeon will be singing 11:11 for the first time in front of live audience! That is a must watch! 4.       Collaborations and special stages! According to SBS, there will be many collaborations and special stages at this year’s SAF too. SBS “Inkigayo” has weekly special song and performance so they might make those singers perform on this year’s SAF. SBS might also create a whole new special stage and collaboration just for the special night. Also, according to reports, this year’s SBS Gayo Daejun will be a throwback to the past. It will show the history of K-pop back to 1990, as well as honor some of the greatest producers of the time. Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, EXO’s Baekhyun, and Yoo Hee Yeol will be the MCs for the 2016 SBS Gayo Daejun on December 26. Other performers will be BTS, SHINee, GOT7, Lovelyz, Red Velvet, BTOB, VIXX, CNBLUE, SISTAR, AOA, A Pink, Ailee, NCT, EXID, INFINITE, and Uhm Jung Hwa.
