Puscifer is about to release a new album and Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan revealed what fans should expect from their upcoming release.
In a report by Blabbermouth , the singer revealed that his group would their third studio record on Oct. 30 and will be called “Money Shot.”
In line with that, the group also revealed a music video of the same titled track.
“Tossing out a few more cryptic Luchador-flavored bread crumbs with this one,” the Tool singer Maynard James Keenan said of his other band, Puscifer’s new album and video. “Confused? Don’t tweak your noodle. As with all of PUSCIFER’s and Billy D’s journeys, linear has no place here. Just embrace the chaos and enjoy the ride.”
Furthermore, the band would immediately go on tour after the release of the record, as they are scheduled to go on the road on Nov. 1, as they are scheduled to appear at the Monster Mash festival in Phoenix.
“As is the Modus Operandi of PUSCIFER, there will be a whole new show to accompany the ‘Money Shot’ release,” the singer said. “We’ve been leaving a few clues here and there as to what it may entail. As usual, we prefer to Show rather than Tell. Odds are if you’ve been a fan of the diverse nature of our performances in the past, you’ll want to go ahead and place those bets.”
The group would also have a new lineup for the tour, as the band would have Keenan, Mat Mitchell, Carina Round, Jeff Friedl, Mahsa Zargaran and the newest addition, Paul Barker during the live shows.
A complete track list of the new Puscifer album has been revealed:
3. Grand Canyon
5. Money Shot
6. The Arsonist
7. The Remedy
