“The Inhumans” are the super powered race that Marvel plans to feature in a stand-alone movie in 2018.
Are they already being introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe through its TV series “Agents of SHIELD?” Fans speculate that there is already an Inhuman in their midst.
Some of the clues have been there since last season but only got confirmation now.
Newsarama points at the blue man: “While he hasn’t been called a Kree on-air, actress Chloe Bennett, who plays Skye on the series (more on her in a bit), spilled the beans at PaleyFest , calling it a Kree by name.
The preserved, dead body of this Kree is the source of the GH-325 formula, which brought Agent Coulson back to life after his death at the hands of Loki in The Avengers .
The alien blood also been given to Skye, though she had zero negative reaction (see: no crazy impulsive need to draw/carve) to it.” According to Marvel canon, the Kree is the alien race responsible for the creation of the Inhumans.
The Inhumans would look like ordinary humans (like Skye) and not display any superhuman powers until they are exposed to the “Terragen Mist.” At this point, Skye portrayed as an Inhuman is still viable.
But which Inhuman would she be? There are suspicions that she could be Crystal-a member of the Inhumans royal family.
From Air Herald: “Crystal is a character in the Inhumans universe, and it is recently been confirmed that Marvel Studios is going to make an Inhumans movie in a few years.
By introducing an Inhuman character on the show, they would be able to introduce many viewers to the Inhuman universe without having to create a new show or property.
The Inhuman’s are a race of superhumans within the Marvel universe, but usually appear in other comic books.” She could also be Luna, the daughter of Crystal, but they would have to change the father since it’s supposed to be Quicksilver and he would be too young as portrayed in the upcoming “Avengers: Age of Ultron.
