  Today, a new trailer for the anime adaptation of “The Chivalry of a Failed Knight” began streaming on the official GA Bunko YouTube channel.

The new trailer features the character designs for the three leads of the series.

So far, fans in an ANN forum are very excited for the anime version of “The Chivalry of a Failed Knight.” “Yay, three announcements for LN adaptations in one day.

Albeit this one was already announced as there was news of its development here.

ANN reports the following main Japanese voice cast for “The Chivalry of a Failed Knight”: Ryota Ohsaka as Ikki Kurogane Shizuka Ishigami as Stella Vermillion Nao Tōyama as Shizuku Kurogane Shintarō Asanuma as Nagi Arisuin The main staff for the series includes Jin Tamamura as the series director and Shin Oonuma as the director.

Series composition will be handled by Shogo Yasukawa with character designs by Jin Aketagawa.

The anime adaptation will be a joint project between Nexus and Silver Link.

Unfortunately, no release date for the series is confirmed.

“The Chivalry of a Failed Knight,” originally a light novel by Riku Misora, is described on My Anime List as follows: “The ‘school sword action’ story revolves around Magic Knights, modern magic-users who fight with weapons converted from their souls.

Ikki Kurogane goes to a school for these Magic Knights, but he is the ‘Failed Knight’ or ‘Worst One’ who is failing because he has no magical skills.” It goes on: “However, one day, he is challenged to a duel by Stella, a foreign princess and the ‘Number One’ student.

In this duel, ‘the loser must be obedient for life.'”
