Sparks flew during “The Bachelorette” season 11 premiere, but it may not have been between the intended individuals.
As seen during the episode, the bachelors got to vote between bachelorettes Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe to decide who could stay on the show to compete for their love.
But in a twist of events, eliminated bachelorette Britt Nilsson also brought about the elimination of Brady Toops, who admitted he was only there for Britt.
“He comes to my door and I was very surprised,” Nilsson told Jimmy Kimmel during an interview .
“It will be on the show next week.” Although she didn’t confirm or deny the dating rumors between them, she did compliment the bold move.
“It is pretty smooth,” she admitted.
“I guess Chris Harrison felt bad about having let me go, so, he gave Brady my [hotel room number].It was very gentlemanly.
I thought it was sweet.” During the interview, Nilsson also spoke on her initial attraction to Tony, who was a healer with a mysterious black eye, who kissed his houseplants goodbye.
“When I met Tony, he seems very compassionate, he’s cool…I was like, that is really attractive,” said Britt.
“And then I watched him talking the plants and I didn’t see that until later!” For some observers, in fact, Britt Nilsson may have been the preferred bachelorette for season 11.
“I actually like her better than the one that was just picked,” commented Mia Michaels on US Magazine .
“The men are going to regret picking Kaytlin the way I see it.
She is there to have fun and get laid.
There is some lack of maturity that I sense.
To her it was a competition with Britt from the get go.
I’m not feeling this is going to end well.”
