Sandara Park News: Sandara Starts Filming For 'Cheese In The Trap' Movie

After the release of her debut movie “One Step” earned positive reviews from critics and viewers alike, former 2NE1 member Sandara Park has begun filming for the movie adaptation of “Cheese in the Trap.” The K-pop idol turned film actress was spotted on set looking the part of a college student as she mingled with her co-stars while on break. According to a loose translation of Sandara’s Line diary entry made by Parkers , Sandara said she was still the learning a lot of things about acting, but the biggest challenge for her is channeling a different character and separating that with her true personality. She said she got a lot of pointers from her director and her co-workers which helped her portray her new character. In order to do a good job, Sandara said she listened a lot to the inputs of her fellow actors as well as re-read the script over and over. She said that in the middle of one scene, she received a compliment that she really did well. She said she is excited for the “Cheese in the Trap” movie to come out because there is an exciting scene that she still could not share

Former 2NE1 member Sandara Park recently made a revelation about fellow K-pop artist and BIG BANG maknae Seungri. According to Sandara, Seungri is the most outgoing of all YG artists who mostly keep to themselves. While it may be hard to believe when they are on stage, Sandara revealed that all the YG artists are naturally shy when they are not performing. That is with the exception of Seungri who seems to have no problem getting along with everybody. Won Bin Comeback News: 'Ajusshi' Star In Talks To Star In 'Still Life' Korean Remake After 7-Year Hiatus

After seven years, fans of Won Bin may finally see him back on the big screen. The “Autumn in My Heart” actor is reportedly in talks to star in the film “Still Life”. According to All Kpop , “Still Life” will be the Korean adaptation of a British film by the same name directed by Uberto Pasolini. According to a report by Drama Beans , the film that won Pasolini the Best Director Award at the Venice Film Festival in 2013 revolves around a civil servant who takes care of the last funeral rites of people who die alone. The drama reportedly received mixed reviews from viewers and critics but the quirky but touching story highlighted the acting prowess of lead actor Eddie Marsan. Based on Won Bin’s agency Eden 9’s official statement, Won Bin was approached to star in “Still Life” but the actor is still in the process of reviewing the offer. It has also not been confirmed for which production he will be making his comeback in. Production for the film is still also busy with preparing to adopt the movie for Korean audience so it may be a while before any final announcements can be made.

The SNS savvy former 2NE1 member shared some of the looks she rocked on the shoot which included pieces from Dior’s Spring/ Summer Collection for 2017. Not only did Sandara pull off the looks ranging from casual chic to simple and sophisticated in the Marie Claire cover, she also shared some style secrets that fans don’t know yet about her. According to Sandara, she is very partial to the color orange when she is dressing up because it gives a feeling of happiness and color can also be used to evoke cuteness and sexiness at the same time, reported YG United . It seems that Sandara Park may be taking her “One Step” director Juhn  Jai Hong’s advice to heart and give acting a shot since the former 2NE1 member has reportedly lined up her next acting project. Sandara Park has been confirmed in the final cast of the “Cheese in the Trap” movie adaptation. According to a report by Soompi , Mountain Movement Story, the producers of the movie adaptation, confirmed that Sandara Park will be playing the role of Jang Bo Ra and while actor Kim Hyun Jin will be taking on the part of Kwon Eun Taek. “We were very surprised by how well Sandara Park was able to pull of the blunt, refreshingly straightforward character of Jang Bora and decided she was very well-qualified for the role,” representatives from the production said. Sandara’s character Jang Bora is the best friend of lead character Hong Seol. Former 2NE1 member Sandara Park is giving her all in promoting her first Korean movie “One Step” and is excited to show fans the result of her hard work. While she admits that her first leading role was a challenge, she said that the entire team worked together to come out with a good movie that fans would enjoy. On her official Twitter account, Sandara shared the Naver link to the much anticipated  trailer. Upon posting the Twitter , the tweet was immediately retweeted by 1,700 of her followers and liked by 5,000 Twitter users. Sandara’s fans praised the former 2NE1 member for exceptional vocals as she performed the theme song.
