The former 2NE1 members are showing their fans how proud they are of their beloved maknae who recently released her first solo album. Sandara was the latest to post on her Instagram a cute photo of herself holding a signed copy of Gong Minzy’s album. “A signed CD of our Minzy! Thank you — We [the members of 2NE1] will always support you! NINANO,” she said referring to Minzy’s hit single, Soompi reported. CL also shared a photo of Minzy’s new album on her own Instagram  and shared how proud she was of her little sis. “Congratz @_minzy_mz  on your EP proud of you chasing your dreams,” she posted with a smiley face. After the release of her debut movie “One Step” earned positive reviews from critics and viewers alike, former 2NE1 member Sandara Park has begun filming for the movie adaptation of “Cheese in the Trap.” The K-pop idol turned film actress was spotted on set looking the part of a college student as she mingled with her co-stars while on break. According to a loose translation of Sandara’s Line diary entry made by Parkers , Sandara said she was still the learning a lot of things about acting, but the biggest challenge for her is channeling a different character and separating that with her true personality. She said she got a lot of pointers from her director and her co-workers which helped her portray her new character. In order to do a good job, Sandara said she listened a lot to the inputs of her fellow actors as well as re-read the script over and over. Good news for Blackjacks as former 2NE1 member CL is gearing to complete her solo album this year. But wait! There’s more good news as the K-pop superstar is teaming up with Justin Bieber’s agent Scooter Braun to invade the US market. According to a report by Myx , CL teased in a photo posted on her Instagram that she is back in the studio and raring to go back to performing live. In a video clip she posted on her account, CL gave an update to her “internet kids” about her status. In her caption, she said that she is working hard, is alive and very happy and healthy. Her upcoming album will reportedly be entitled “Lifted.” CL is not the only former member of 2NE1 busy with launching their solo career, Minzy, who left YG Entertainment last year to sign with Music Works, is also hard at work completing her debut album as a solo artist. According to Minzy, she will be releasing her album in the first half of 2017, Popcrush  reported.
