If there is one thing that worth waiting for this year, that’s probably the anticipated comeback of K-pop’s most phenomenal group, Super Junior. The great news started sparking earlier this year as one of the members, Choi Siwon, finished his military in mid-August last year. Super Junior is expected to make a comeback after two years of hiatus within this year. The group is said to be planning their new album. One of the idols, Leeteuk, shared a drop of hints regarding the new album progress while co-hosting the 6 th Gaon Chart Music Awards on February 22 along with MAMAOO’s Solar, Soompi reported. “We are planning to make a comeback at the end of this year. Anyone who’s interested, please contact us. We’re in the middle of collecting songs for our new album,” said the idol as the audiences started to cheer out.

Previously, Leeteuk teased E.L.F to get ready for the second half of 2017 as he and his fellows are spotted to be holding a meeting for their anticipated comeback. As per Allkpop , other Super Junior member, Yesung, also expressed his excitement for Super Junior’s 2017 comeback. During an interview, he revealed that he missed being in Super Junior. “The “Super Show” concert was the biggest event for Super Junior, but it’s been five years since I’ve done one,” said the idol. Even though the Super Junior’s boys might not be in a complete formation since Ryeowook and Kyuhyun will still be in their military service, the group is optimistic that it wouldn’t kill the hype. Super Junior’s last gig was in September 2015 when they released a special album titled “Magic” to celebrate their 10 th anniversary as a group. It will have been two years until Super Junior gets to reunite with their beloved E.L.F. Super Junior gained a lot of attention in Korea and worldwide since their first debut in 2005. Each of the members has shown their special talents in the entertainment industry from singing, acting, and hosting a TV show. This comeback will mean a lot for fans who have been waiting for years to see their beloved idols get together again with some new music.
