Suki Waterhouse is no longer a blonde! Although the 22-year-old blonde model is famous for her summery locks, she decided to make a change for fall and go brunette.
And the fashion star and girlfriend of actor Bradley Cooper certainly looks chic.
Waterhouse was spotted with her freshly dark brown hair on Saturday evening at a private Lauryn Hill show, which was held at The Arts Club in London.
In photos published by the Daily Mail , the model can be seen attending the show with fellow British pal Cara Delevigne.
Waterhouse was dressed for fall in a black knit cap and matching black ensemble.
The Daily Mail reports that Waterhouse and Delevigne took to the dance floor during Hill’s set.
The ladies then were given VIP backstage access after the show and met the former Fugees singer in person.
The model posted a photo of her final day as a blonde on Instagram.
“Last hours of being a blondie @neilmoodie @teamvivanco ,” Waterhouse captioned the pic.
She followed the photo up with one of her newly dyed locks (pictured above).
“Thank you for my hairsformation @nevillesalon @jackhoward_srh and @stephentlow ,” Waterhouse captained a the snap.
In addition to Delevigne, Waterhouse was in good company at the private Lauryn Hill concert.
Nicole Scherzinger, willi.i.am, and Eliza Doolittle were also in attendance.
As for Waterhouse’s new look, the young model’s colorist, Jack Howard, told Fashionista how he got the fashion star’s hair to look so natural.
“When going from blonde to brunette, you need to pre-color before picking the right tone,” said Howard.
“When I balayage [French coloring technique] I like to do brown-on-brown, or what I call a ‘French Brown,’ with no more than three levels of lightness.
If you don’t pre-color, the shade can go muddy or green, and it’s also essential for getting an even finish.
Then you rinse out the pre-color, dry fully and apply the final chosen shade.” The website also reported that the model went for a darker hue for an upcoming film role.
Sounds like we can expect to see more of brunette Waterhouse in the media and on the big screen.
