Fox’s 2015 Comic-Con panel got so much number of superheroes to do a selfie last Saturday in San Diego.
According to a report on Entertainment Weekly , panel host Chris Hardwick surprised attendees at Hall H when he called on the cast of “X-Men: Apocalypse,” “Deadpool” and “Fantastic Four” for a record-breaking superhero selfie.
While looking for someone to take the photo, legendary Stan Lee crashed into the scene.
“I wanna tell you this is ridiculous,” Lee said at the end of the Fox panel.
“Yeah, I’m gonna take the picture and get it over with,” he added.
As everyone got into position and they then looked for a camera, Channing Tatum a.k.a Gambit entered the scene saying “Sorry, I couldn’t help myself.”
“Now that’s a way to end a panel!” Lee said after the picture was taken as quoted by the Huffington Post .
Hardwick shared the epic photo on his Instagram although it was a bit blurry.
“I mean this HAS to be some kind of damn record. Most superheroes on one selfie? Casts of ‘Wolverine,’ ‘X-Men,’ ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Fantastic Four’ PLUS the Generalissimo!!!” he captioned .
20th Century Fox also shared a clearer copy of the picture on Facebook with the caption “How many superheroes can you fit on a stage?” It used the hashtags #XMenApocalypse, #Deadpool, #Gambit, #Wolverine and #FantasticFour.
For Tatum, the 2015 Comic-Con selfie moment was nothing short of amazing.
“Superhero selfies and @TheRealStanLee… All sorts of dreams came true in #HallH today,” he posted on Twitter.
