Scarlett Johansson hot news, the Avengers: Age of Ultron star will host Saturday Night Live on May 2nd.

The day after the Marvel Comics Universe Movie hits theaters.

This will be the fourth time Scarlett Johansson will host SNL.

Scarlett Johansson is approaching the five-timers club on the long-running sketch comedy show.

Only 15 people have hosted SNL more than five time: Ben Affleck, Alec Baldwin, Drew Barrymore, Candice Bergen, Chevy Chase, Danny DeVito, John Goodman, Elliot Gould, Tom Hanks, Buck Henry, Steve Martin, Bill Murray, Paul Simon, Justin Timberlake, and Christopher Walken.

The club was first mentioned on Saturday Night Live back in 1990 when Tom Hanks was making his fifth appearance on the show.

Scarlett Johansson will need to host only one more time to become a member.

Saturday Night Live announced during the episode that Taraji P.

Henson hosted episode that the Lucy star will host Saturday Night Live for the May 2 installment.

A musical guest has not yet been named.

Johansson may even wear her Black Widow costume from Avengers: Age of Ultron for the show.

The last time Johansson the NBC sketch series was in 2010.

  Scarlett Johansson recently released a hot new single “Candy.” Scarlett Johansson made her film debut in the movie North in 1994.

In 1996, she was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead for her performance in “Manny & Lo.” She got great notices for her roles in “The Horse Whisperer” from 1998 and “Ghost World” in  2001 before moving on to adult roles like her turn in “Girl with a Pearl Earring”  and Sofia Coppola’s “Lost in Translation” which were both released in 2003.

She was nominated for Golden Globe Awards for both films.

Johansson won a BAFTA award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for “Lost in Translation.”
