SM Entertainment Has a New Female Group

SM Entertainment’s new female group named Red Velvet made their debut.

  The group consist of members Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, and Joy.

Each of the members has a bright personality and brings something unique to the group.

Fans of the new girl group were able to learn a bit about the new stars through mini biographies of each member posted on the SMROOKIES website .

Red Velvet’s single titled, “Happiness” was released on August 4th.

The music video is colorful, bright, and full of “Happiness.” SM Entertainment released a statement that read, “The group’s name, Red Velvet, brings together red, a fiery and seductive color, and velvet, which evokes feminine and soft images.

As its name suggests, Red Velvet seeks to impress the world with its unique colors as well as polished music and performances.” “Happiness” Topped Music Chart Upon Debut When Red Velvet made their debut with “Happiness,” the single topped major music charts.

On August 4th, “Happiness” ranked high on several of Korea’s leading music charts such as Olleh Music, Bugs, and Genie.

The bright and colorful music video accompanies the song that talks about being happy and loving yourself.

 As a result of the positive message, the song was popular and attracted many fans.

Red Velvet showed a lot of energy during their promotions for the track.

Red Velvet Members Explained Their Ideal Types Hot rising stars Red Velvet took some time out of their busy schedules to appear as guests on the August 21st episode of ‘Cultwo Show.’ On that episode, each of the members revealed their ideal type even though they admitted they are still too young to date.
