Kang Daniel allegedly spilled details of the song he’s going to perform in the show through his Instagram description, which is forbidden in the show since it could affect votes. While viewers have demanded Kang Daniel to be penalized, the production team of “Produce 101” Season 2 said its party is still reviewing the action to determine what it should do to Kang Daniel as a form of punishment.
