NBA Draft 2015: Will Cameron Payne Be The Next All-Star Guard? Get To Know The Top Five NBA Draft Sleepers Of This Draft

Bleacher Report made an analysis of who they think will be the next Damian Lillard, Paul George, and Kawhi Leonard.  Jonathan Wasserman names five prospects not projected to be drafted in the top 10 to make a splash in the pros.

The first prospect is Jarell Martin, a sophomore from LSU.

He is 6’10” and has the ability to face-up.

He has strong shoulders and build which he uses to bully his defender down low.

The best comparison for him is Tobias Harris of the Orlando Magic.

He will go down in the late first round.

Next up is Syracuse’ Chris McCullough, he is another prospect that is expected in the late first round but will bring terrific value.

The only thing that held him back is his ACL tear.

In the 16 games he played, he showed potential of a lottery pick.

Christian Wood, a sophomore from UNLV will also be a terrific acquisition.

Although he’s soft and a little skinny, his height makes up for it as he is also a guy who can play inside and out much like Frank Kaminsky.

He is expected to be drafted late in the first round.

Another off the radar name is Olivier Hanlan from Boston College.

He is averaging 19 points this season and is a great scorer.

He is an all-around point guard at 6’4″ and can create his own shots.

A team who can draft him in the early second round will get a tremendous package in him.

Lastly, Cameron Payne from Murray State would be one of the best point guard prospect in this draft class.

His long arms can give his opposing guard a hard time.

He is someone who can knock-down 2-3 three pointers per game.

He is the next best prospect to D’Angelo Russell.

He is expected to go in the mid first round and he is expected to fit in nicely with the OKC Thunder and Houston Rockets.
