Another site, Variety , is now singing the same tune, claiming that the elusive preview would indeed be attached to the “Mad Max” film.
Previous rumors had it that the trailer would appear alongside a number of films.
First with “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies,” then with sci-fi action “Jupiter Ascending.” At one point it was even rumored to appear at Super Bowl XLIX in February.
The highly anticipated movie’s first footage was unveiled at last year’s Comic-Con in San Diego, also where cast members Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot appeared together for the first time.
Since director Zack Snyder announced that the movie has wrapped with production, fans have been foaming at the mouth to get a first look at the crossover film.
Same is the case over at Disney, who owns both Marvel and Lucasfilm, attaching the second trailer of the new “Star Wars” film to “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” The team up sequel arrives on May 1, while “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” officially opens on Dec.
The cast of “Batman V Superman” features Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons and Jesse Eisenberg.
“Mad Max: Fury Road,” meanwhile, stars Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Zoe Kravitz, Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Keays-Byrne and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
It is directed by the original “Mad Max” creator, George Miller.
