Xbox One Live members will be pleased with this latest update.
More gamers will now have access to the Xbox One experience and its other features which will be rolled-out via the Xbox One Beta App on Windows 10, according to Major Nelson .

“Our engineering team is working hard on the new Xbox One experience, the fastest and most social interface we’ve ever created,” Major Nelson said in its website.
Microsoft’s official game developer said that it has been sharing its early builds on Xbox One with fans for the past two years in order to get feedback from them, and at the same time, to also share the gaming’s consoles latest features.
Early this week, Major Nelson introduced an updated called party chat which would enable players to connect with their friends using the New Xbox One Preview Experience,
Gamers can now also reply directly to notifications, which has eliminated the need to read and then reply to messages.
Moreover, players will get “real-time” notifications when another gamer adds them in the Xbox One Live community.
A “share” icon has likewise been added to the gamer’s activity feed, which allows them to share their achievements, game clips recorded and screenshots taken.
In the meantime, Microsoft’s Director for Program Management Mike Ybarra revealed that the update on the Xbox One Elite controller called button-mapping won’t be exclusive on the device, reported Polygon .
Ybarra reportedly confirmed on Twitter that the feature will eventually be available on all Xbox controllers although he didn’t specify the exact date it will be released.
“It’s coming for all controllers soon,” he responded when queried why controller button reconfiguration is only available for the Elite controller.
There’s a possibility that the feature will roll out first for Preview Program members before its public debut.
Button-mapping allows users to change Microsoft developer’s set control options by assigning functions to various buttons of their own choosing.
Xbox One isn’t the first new-generation console to support button-mapping, as Sony’s PlayStation 4 also did a similar update by adding a custom button assignment feature on its DualShock 4 controller.
