Michelle Williams Heath Ledger: Dawson’s Creek Star Sells The Brooklyn Home She Shared With The Actor Before His Death; Actress Wants To Stay In LA To Find Film Roles Easily


Talks surfaced earlier in 2014 that Michelle Williams was aiming to transfer from New York City to Los Angeles.

Michelle Williams Heath Ledger news confirmed that the actress is putting up for sale the Brooklyn house she shared with the late actor.

According to Daily Mail , the house is available on the market for $7.5 million.

Michelle Williams Heath Ledger bought the house in 2005 for $3.6 million.

Three years later, Ledger died.

The house held so many memories between Williams, Ledger and their daughter Matilda, who will turn nine years old in October 2014.

Reportedly, the actress has not stayed in the house for quite some time.

In a report by Today.com , the mansion at Boerum Hill features six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

The four-story townhouse is 22 feet wide and 12-foot-high ceilings.

There is a three-car garage, roof garden with a waterfall and a running library.

From the outside, people can see the ivy growing from the rooftop garden.

Other spaces that potential buyers can look forward to include a giant master bedroom and bathroom, a climate-controlled recreation room, wood-burning fireplace, wine cellar and walk-in wardrobe and pantry.

One of the main attractions of the Michelle Williams Heath Ledger house is a parlor measuring 1,000 square feet complete with built-in surround sound with double turntables.

The house is also located on the main street of Brooklyn and is very close to restaurants, shopping areas and other commercial establishments.

Nadine Adamson and Kelsey Hall of Brown Harris Stevens hold the current real estate listing.

Reportedly, Williams may be moving to the Big Apple before the year ends.

It was stated that the Dawson’s Creek star wanted to stay in L.A.

where she can find film roles more conveniently.

She is working on “Suite Francaise”, a film about World War II, which will be released late in 2014.
