Years after it has been under the radar, BioWare finally announced a release date for “Mass Effect 4: Andromeda” and that they have a lot of surprises ready for the game.
In a report by Cross Map , in addition to all the new graphics upgrade and outstanding character updates, producer Mike Gamble revealed what fans should expect in the game, including a customization of the Makos that were seen since the first installment of the series.
“We’re playing around with a bunch of different physics for the Mako,” Gamble told The Escapist . “The thing that we have to do is make sure it’s as responsive as possible. We’ve learned a thing or two over the years. In terms of customization, it’s been something that we’ve been looking at for sure, because we feel as though if you’re going to be spending a lot of time in vehicles in places, they should reflect you as a player.”
In addition to that, the release date of “Mass Effect 4: Andromeda” would also reveal a wide back story of what fans have been asking since the first few games of the series.
In the official blog of BioWare , creative director Mac Walters revealed that fans should expect more of the intense storyline and new features that gamers would surely love.
“We’re working to bring back some of that wonder and sense of exploration that we had in the original trilogy,” Walters said of the game. “And while we’re making a next-gen title, we want to ensure that we’re stepping our game up so that this isn’t just Mass Effect with shiny new features. And we do that by having deep characters and a compelling story with choices that matter. With Shepard, you arrived on the scene as a hero, and you were called forward from there. For the next Mass Effect, however, we’ve been looking at more of a hero’s journey: how you become a legend and what it takes to get there.”
As for the release date of “Mass Effect 4: Andromeda,” Franchise Herald claimed that a Trusted Reviews report confirmed the game would hit the shelves come the end of 2016.
