Lee Min Ho Brought Home A Series Of Traumatic Events After Filming DMZ Documentary

Lee Min Ho recently hosted the MBC’s documentary “The Wild” in the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). On March 29, the “Legend of The Blue Sea” actor shared his experience in the zone, including a lot of traumatic events he encountered while filming. Lee Min Ho revealed that the first time he set foot on the DMZ, he sensed a little bit of eeriness. The actor expressed how he felt nervous to be exposed in a place he never knew before. According to Allkpop , one of the things that will never he forgets is that one time when he was ambushed by a flock of birds. As if the sudden encounter with the birds didn’t surprise him enough, the creatures even took a chance to greet the South Korea’s prominent actor with their bodily waste. Guess Lee Min Ho’s handsome face wasn’t able to repel them after all.
The “Boys Over Flowers” also revealed that he’s still traumatized with the sound that seagulls make when he approached them. It’s understandable if the seagulls ambushed him the moment he took a closer look to them, the actor said, since the animals may perceive humans as unwelcomed guests. Another thing that got Lee Min Ho goosebumps was when he spotted a fratricidal boar in the untouched nature of the DMZ. He couldn’t believe that he would live to see a boar devoured its own kind, as cited by Kpop Herald . Lee Min Ho agreed to take part in DMZ documentary project because he always wanted to fulfill his dreams as well as create awareness about DMZ’s wildlife ecosystem. Not only did he host the show, he also narrates the whole program, which was his first experience to go behind the scene. During the MBC’s documentary press conference, Lee Min Ho also took a chance to ask a few questions about his upcoming military enlistment. The actor said that he wanted to do as many projects as he can before heading off to the military camp.
