Leaked video footage of the Batmobile chasing the Joker on the set of “Suicide Squad” surfaces online.

YouTube user mrshinyguitar caught the car chase.

The events in “Suicide Squad” will take place before “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” Ben Affleck’s Batmobile, which was spotted in the first trailer of “Dawn of Justice,” will apparently debut in the villain-led film.

Affleck, too, is widely believed to make a cameo appearance.

Screen Rant  speculates that “either these scenes are part of some flashback montage about Joker and Harley’s history together, or one of them (the chase scene) could presumably take place near the end of the film, after a rumored prison riot during which Joker escapes.” “Just when the Clown Prince thinks he’s home free, here comes Batman,” they added.

They also speculate that the chase scene is a part of “a larger Joker/Harley montage.” It could also mean that Batman is chasing Joker because the former has already lost a sidekick to the latter.

Task Force X features Will Smith (Focus) as Deadshot, Jared Leto (Dalls Buyers Club) as the Joker, Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street) as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney (Terminator: Genisys) as Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress (Papertown), Joel Kinnaman (Run All Night) as Rick Flag, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Lost) as Killer Croc, Raymond Olubawale (Silent Hill) as King Shark, Jay Hernandez (Hostel) as El Diablo, Adam Beach (Cowboys and Aliens) as Slipknot and newcomer Karen Fukuhara as Katana.

Viola Davis (How To Get Away With Murder) plays Amanda Waller, the U.S.

agent who assembles the “Suicide Squad.” “Suicide Squad” follows a group of well-known villains in the DC universe that were plucked out of prison to work for the government; they are sent on dangerous missions in exchange for shortened sentences.

The movie is helmed by “Fury” director David Ayer.
