“League Of Legends One For All” game mode is back but with something different.
For those who are new to “One For All,” it is a game mode where each team picks one champion that the entire team has to play as. This would mean that each team would have five of the same champion and go against another team that has five of a different champion.
The updated “League Of Legends One For All” mode, as reported by Gamezone , now has an added twist called “mirror matches.” While players may be familliar with the 5 v 5 set up with different champions per group, the new twist has all ten players in the 5 v 5 set up as the same champion. For example, this would mean that one team would have five Nidalee’s facing off a team of five Nidalee’s.
According to League Of Legends , the “One For All” champion is selected by the combined nominations of both teams. There is a vote tracker that shows the nominated champions and the winner is determined by the majority of votes. Realistically speaking, two champions won’t always be up for nomination.
Riot explained, ”
While gamers may find this exciting, there are character restrictions on two champions. All the champions in the game can be played except for Teemo and Karthus.
Riot also released a list of the new faces to the “One For All” game mode, namely Kindred, Tahm Kench, Ekko, Bard, Rek’Sai, Kalista, Azir and Gnar.
The “League Of Legends Open For All” returns from Oct. 15 to Oct. 26 at 2:00 AM PDT.
