According to New Idea magazine, Kim Kardashian, who is in Australia to promote her latest perfume is seeking investment opportunities and is considering buying Turtle Island off the coast of Queenslands, and she plans to build her own theme park on the sunshine retreat.

Reportedly, Kim K.

and her husband Kanye West are in negotiation to buy $5 million Turtle Island, which is situated off the coast of Queensland.

Speculations that the ‘KUWTK’ star plans to rename the Island to Isle Kardashian are swirling as well.

Coldwell Banker’s Richard Vanhoff, who is managing the sale of the island confirmed he has been negotiating with a “high-profile person,” however, he didn’t reveal their identity.

“I can clearly say that I am in negotiations with an overseas party.

The overseas party is a high profile person but I cannot name names.

Vanhoff added, “I can’t confirm whether it’s Kanye West or Kim Kardashian or President Obama.”   The Daily Mail further picked up the story, publishing the headline: “Revealed: Kim K’s secret plan to buy her own $5 million ISLAND in Queensland – complete with a stunning private theme park for baby North.” Called Turtle Islan, the neighborhood supposedly “boasts luxurious views of the Great Barrier Reef and exclusive privacy perfect for a famous star,” according to the British tabloid, which claims it would be called “Isle Kardashian” considering the purchase goes through.

The Daily Mail restates, “With already a state-of-the-art three bedroom house, the island still has space for Kim’s theme park plans, with New Idea reporting a water slide and ferris wheel are key attractions the socialite is hoping to build for her 17-month-old daughter North West.”   However, a rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively revealed that the speculation is not a true one.

Contrary to the rumors and reports making rounds, Kim Kardashian is not buying a private island in Australia; neither is she building North a theme park on one.

A rep for Kardashian tells Gossip Cop exclusively that the story is “false.” Do you think Kim Kardashian is buying a private island to build a theme park for her daughter? Let us know in the comments below!
