Kate Middleton’s Brother James Dishes On Being A ‘Cool Uncle’ To Prince George And Bringing His Marshmallow Company To The U.S.

Prince Harry is not the only cool uncle tied to the royal family.

Kate Middleton’s younger brother James recently sat down with ABC’s ” Good Morning America ” and discussed what it’s like to be an uncle to his sister’s one-year-old son Prince George.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s sibling also revealed that he’s bringing his marshmallow company, Boomf , to the U.S.

“I still see Prince George as my nephew and I just want to be the best uncle possible,” said Middleton when asked about his relationship with Duchess Catherine and Prince William’s toddler son.

“I want to be the cool uncle, the fun uncle!” As for his famous sister, Middleton revealed that the Duchess, who is pregnant with her second child, is “on the mend” after suffering from a highly publicized condition called hyperemesis gravidarum.

“She’s better,” said Middleton.

“I mean it’s not unknown that she suffered from this acute morning sickness and fortunately she is, I think, on the mend.” Middleton also expressed excitement over becoming an uncle for the second time.  “It’s wonderful to have another niece or nephew on the way,” he said.

However, James refused to confirm when asked if his sister Kate would be coming to New York soon, as recent reports have indicated.

“I’ve heard that too,” he said, adding, “I don’t really know.” Regardless, at least one Middleton is stateside for the time being.

James is bringing his confection company Boomf to the U.S.

Middleton, who goes by the title “Wonka-in-Chief” at work, produces marshmallows printed with personal photographs.

Middleton’s business partner is “Chief Edible Officer” at the company, which draws inspiration from the classic children’s book and film “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” “We thought we’d just add the fun throughout the company so the staff in production are ‘Boomfaloopas,'” explained Middleton.

“We obviously take a lot of sort of magic from Willy Wonka.”
