‘Jersey Shore’ Cast Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino Sets Aside Tax Fraud Case To Check On Snooki’s Baby Girl; Reality Star Clueless With His Finances?

“Jersey Shore” cast Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has set aside his tax fraud case to visit Snooki’s baby girl as it was reported that the reality star is clueless with his finances.

In a report from TMZ , “Jersey Shore” cast Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is reportedly very confident that the government will drop the federal tax fraud charge against him.

“Sitch was leaving a vitamin store in NJ Friday morning when a photog tried to grill him about the tax charges, but when he found out Snooki had delivered …

he was all about the baby,” it said, commenting that it’s “interesting” the Situation didn’t know about Snooki’s baby girl.

“Interesting that Situation didn’t know already — apparently he and his ‘Jersey Shore’ co-star don’t stay in touch that much anymore.” In a related report by TMZ , it was alleged that “Jersey Shore” cast Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was clueless about his finanes since he allowed his brother to handle the money.

The gossip news site revealed that this is the defense that the reality star has cooked up in his federal tax fraud rap.

His brother apparently handled all the negotiations, cash collections and the filing of paperwork.

“One source close to Sitch tells us Mike never discussed money with his accountants …

and hasn’t seen anyone from the accounting firm other than the day he became a client,” TMZ reported.

While the former “Jersey Shore” cast is caught in such situation, his co-reality star Snooki shared the news about her new baby on her social media account as she wrote: “So happy to let you know we had our beautiful daughter this morning Giovanna Marie LaValle.

6.7 lbs, full head of black hair & perfect.” Meanwhile, BFF JWoww gushed to E! News   regarding Snooki’s baby girl.

“So happy for my best friend, Nicole and Meilani’s future partner in crime.

Giovanna is gorgeous just like mommy!” she said.
