Despite the cancellation of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” episodes, nothing can stop Mama June from airing out her side of the story.
In an interview series with ET, the infamous “Honey Boo Boo” mom June denied that she put her kids’ safety at risk by reuniting with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.
TMZ opted to cancel the “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” episodes because of Mama June’s alleged relationship with McDaniel, the same man who molested Mama June’s daughter, Anna, more than a decade ago.
Several web users cried foul when photo of McDaniel getting close to Alana or Honey Boo Boo surfaced.
“I have nothing to hide, I have nothing to lose.
I just want, honestly, to tell my side of the story and let’s move on,” explained the distraught mother.
She went on to say that she only saw McDaniel twice since he got released from prison.
The first meeting was purely coincidental whereas the other one was to provide closure to Pumpkin who thought McDaniel was her biological father.
Those asking about Jessica and Pumpkin’s dad will have to brace themselves because of “Honey Boo Boo” mom June’s admission.
For the first time, she confessed that Jessica and Pumpkin’s dad is the same.
That man, like McDaniel, also served time in prison for a sexual violation.
According to the Daily Mail , Michael Anthony Ford was imprisoned in 2005 for the “exploitation of a child over the Internet.” He also got charged for using bad checks and for shoplifting at a Walmart chain where he used to work.
Mama June explained why she lied to Pumpkin about her dad’s identity: “Jessica and Pumpkin have the same dad, but Jessica’s dad has had nothing to do with her over the years.
So, why the hell would I open up that can of worms until today? I lied to my family and told them it was somebody else.” As for the picture of McDaniel having contact with Honey Boo Boo, Mama June said that her ex-boyfriend did not really talk to her daughter.
