‘Gone Girl’ Honored By Hollywood Film Award, Award Giving Body Season Kicks Off

Ben Affleck’s ‘Gone Girl’ took top honors in the recent Hollywood Film Awards, Deseret News reported.

Last Friday the award giving body hit the television and was attended by big stars such as Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie and of course Queen Latifah who hosted the show.

Gone Girl”‘ film is based on the novel of Gillian Flynn, about a man who was suspected of murdering his wife who have gone missing.

The film was not only a blockbuster but also a hit among the critics due to the actors’ powerful acting performances.

Several reports have predicted the film to be noticed by award bodies like the Oscars and it was indeed made a mark in the film industry as it was feted as securing the Hollywood Film Award.
