John Stamos has fired back against the Olsen Twins’ claims about the upcoming netflix series, “Fuller House.” As reported previously, the reboot for the “Full House” series has been confirmed.
Titled “Fuller House,” the netflix reboot will have actor John Stamos as its producer.
As to the cast members, the Olsen twins have released a previous statement via Women’s Wear Daily saying that they do not understand why John Stamos has not contacted them yet about appearing in the reboot.
According to fans, it seemed that the Olsen twins were implying that they were left out during the planning and all other phases of the reboot.
“We just found out about it,” Mary Kate said.
“I guess we’re going to talk to the creators and see what’s happening…
I’m shocked I haven’t heard from John [Stamos].” Mary Kate and Ashley are known to have played the role of young Michelle Tanner, who is the Tanner family’s bubbly and energetic little girl.
Now that they are all grown up, fans say that the Olsen twins certainly still expect to be part of the cast.
They say that adjusting the script would not be difficult to accomodate the two since the upcomin reboot will be set in the modern times anyway.
After Mary Kate’s statement was released, John Stamos addressed it via his twitter account.
“I call bulls*** RT @JamShowbiz JohnStamos apparently forgot to tell the #OlsenTwins about the #FullHouse reunion,” he tweeted, before a link to an article that wrote about the Olsen twins’ statement.
As to what his post means specifically, fans have been speculating that the twins might not make a comeback after all.
Some fans, however, say that the producer/actor is obviously just kidding around and is probably setting the tone and mood for when he finally talks to the Olsen twins himself.
