‘Full House Reunion 2015: Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen will join Netflix’s “Fuller House.” Variety reported that the Olsen twins, who played Michelle Tanner, the youngest daughter Full House’s widowed Danny Tanner (Bob Saget), who was raised by his family and friends.
Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen will concentrate on their current careers overseeing fashion labels, according to their representative.
“Although Ashley and Mary-Kate will not be a part of ‘Fuller House,’ I know how much ‘Full House’ has meant to them, and they are still very much considered family,” Robert L.
Boyett, executive producer of Fuller House, said in a statement.
“It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors.
I appreciate their support and good wishes toward ‘Fuller House.'” Fuller House star John Stamos took to Twitter to say he was “#heartbroken” that the Olsen twins would be sitting out the reunion.
“I understand they’re in a different place and I wish them the best.
I promise you will not be dissapointed [sic] with our reunion and spin off!!” he added “Just so you reporters know – this is not a money gig for any of us.
Quite the opposite.
We want to give the fans what they deserve for supporting us for so many years,” Stamos wrote to Facebook.
“We all just want to have fun – do it in a classy way on Netflix and have a good time.
Sad that a few don’t share the rest of the cast’s opinion – I can only wish them the best.” Last weekm Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen told Women’s World Daily they had not heard from their Full House co-stars.
“I’m shocked I haven’t heard from John [Stamos],” Mary-Kate Olsen said.
