The second official 2015 trailer for the upcoming “Fantastic Four” film has officially been released.
According to fans and critics, the trailer is “definitely promising” and is surely made to excite event the non-believers of the film.
True enough, the video went viral upon its release this April.
The three-minute long clip shows a closer look at the film’s characters, Mr.
Fantastic (played by Miles Teller), The Human Torch (played by Michael B.
Jordan), Susan Storm (played by Kate Mara), The Thing (played by Jamie Bell), Franklin Storm (played by Reg Cathey), Doctor Doom (played by Toby Kebbell), and Mole Man (played by Tim Blake Nelson).
Moreso, the second trailer showed a more in-depth look at how the film’s plot will pan out.
The clip showed the four main characters plus Toby Kebbell’s character going into dimensional travelling and succeeding.
While on a different dimension, something goes wrong and turns them all four into superheroes with unique abilities.
Toby’s character did not appear to have returned until after the group discovers that he became a villain with enormous powers threatening to ruin the planet Earth .
Given that the trailer gave a good insight into the movie’s plot, previous reports also claimed that the storyline will be set in a darker tone.
Unlike the other Marvel films gearing towards comedy, the upcoming “Fantastic Four” movie will be taking the opposite route.
This made fans more excited to see just how much the producers are willing to bend the norms and put out a good film that will be enjoyed by viewers, whether they may be fans or not. Set to be released on Jul.
30, 2015, the upcoming “Fantastic Four” film is directed by Josh Trank, who also directed 2012’s “Chronicle.” The script was penned by Simon Kinberg, Jeremy Slater and Trank.
Executive producers include Stan Lee and Avi Arad, with Gregory Goodman, Simon Kinberg, Hutch Parker and Matthew Vaughn joining in.
