Good News “Entourage” movie fans! The scheduled release date for your favorite HBO hit series film adaptation has been moved earlier than expected.
As reported by Deadline , Warner Bros.
announced that Adrian Grenier and the rest of the gang would be seen in theaters on June 5, 2015, a week earlier than its first schedule.
Reportedly, the studio is trying to avoid clashing with Universal Studios’ “Jurassic World,” which will be released on June 11 next year.
Producer and the inspiration to the series himself, Mark Wahlberg previously made a statement about “Entourage” movie release date telling Access Hollywood , “I don’t think we’re going to be able to wait a year to release the movie.
We’re going to show the studio sooner, rather than later.” He added, “If it makes most sense to wait until June, we’ll wait until June.” Wahlberg and the studio may have soon realized that they’re going up against a giant film, thus moving it earlier.
The 43-year-old actor is determined to make a huge success out of the movie as he bragged about the upcoming trailer when he said, “I just saw the movie.
It’s fantastic.” Mark Wahlberg also expressed how proud he was of the director and cast: “The stakes are so big.
You’re rooting for these guys to succeed.
There’s so much humor and heart in it.
And [director] Doug [Ellin] just did an amazing job.” While excited fans are waiting to see the “Entourage” movie in the big screen next year, Wahlberg is already talking about a possible sequel.
He said, “I told Doug, ‘Let’s not wait for the movie to come out to start planning the next one because this is definitely going to be a big success.” He added, “If I have anything to do with it there will be.” So how about you Kpopstarz readers, do you think it’s a good idea for the studio to move “Entourage” movie release date earlier?
