The long wait is over, “Digimon” fans! As promised, a teaser trailer has been revealed by Bandai Namco for “Digimon Adventure Tri.” on May 6.

In this trailer, fans will get a glimpse of the chosen children, their partner Digimons, Omnimon, Alphamon, and possibly a new digi-destined girl.

First, here’s the newest teaser trailer of “Digimon Adventure Tri.” The voice actors of the chosen children and their partner Digimons were revealed and according to Anime News Network , “Digimon Adventure Tri.” will have a totally different set of voice actors for the chosen children.

They are as follows.

 Natsuki Hanae as Taichi Yagami Yoshimasa Hosoya as Yamato Ishida Suzuko Mimori as Sora Takenouchi Mutsumi Tamura as Kōshirō Izumi Hitomi Yoshida as Mimi Tachikawa Junya Ikeda as Jō Kido Junya Enoki as Takeru Takaishi MAO as Hikari Yagami Moving on to the major revelations seen in the trailer, here’s the first one.

Looking at the photo above, it seems like a new Digi-Destined child will be introduced and it will be a girl.

It is unknown if she will be an ally or foe.

Next up, it can be seen that Greymon is battling in the human world and it can be assumed that they are fighting in an airport.

This means that the first setting of the anime will be in the world of the chosen children.

Also, Omnimon will be making his return and it seems like he will battle Alphamon, a Royal Knight type of Digimon.

Will Alphamon be the major villain in this anime series? But what’s interesting is Taichi and Yamato’s standoff near the end of the trailer.

Could this mean that they will be battling it out once again? If fans can remember, the two of them had a disagreement which led to a temporary departure of Yamato from the group.

Lastly, ANN revealed  that the anime series will be a 6-part film series instead.

The first saga is entitled “Saikai” (Reunion) and will be aired on November 21.
