Preparing to be the best first person zombie shooting game, Deep Silver revealed that “Dead Island 2” would have its release date delayed for a few months, as it is expected to come out in fall.
Fans and gamers got excited about the game after the game was announced at last year’s E3 conference.
Polygon revealed what fans should expect from the zombie game as revealed in last year’s conference.
“Several months after the events on Banoi, the United States military has put the Golden State under full quarantine.
Now a restricted zone, California has become a bloody paradise for those who refuse to leave their homes and an action-packed playground for renegades who seek adventure, glory and a fresh start.
Combining the classic Dead Island elements of immersive close combat, action and role-playing, Dead Island 2 features crazy, never-before-seen handcrafted weapons and over-the-top characters in taking players from the iconic Golden Gate to the celebrated beachfront boardwalk of southern California’s Venice Beach.” In a report by Game Rant, Yager Development already speculated that the timeline has changed for the release date of the game since there were no news regarding the game came out.
However, it was revealed by the same source that Eurogamer Czech and Videogamer might have possibly confirmed the delay of the game, which is expected to be released in fall.
It is however expected that Deep Silver would reveal more about “Dead Island 2” and talk about its release date at the upcoming E3 2015, which would be held in June.
“Dead Island 2” release date is yet to be announced but the game is expected to be out for the PS4, PC and Xbox One.
