DC Comics’ ‘Wonder Woman’ Standalone Movie Featuring Gal Gadot Will Be Directed By ‘Breaking Bad’ Helmer Michelle Maclaren

DC Comics and Universal Studio’s “Wonder Woman” standalone film featuring Gal Gadot is reportedly having a badass director on board.

According to Variety , “Breaking Bad” executive producer and director Michelle MacLaren is “in talks” to take on the directorial responsibilities for the warrior princess’ film which, will be produced by Charles Roven (producer of “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, “The Dark Knight” Trilogy and “Man Of Steel).

The Amazonian Princess’ standalone film may not come as a surprise to fans who are following Gal Gadot as it has been previously reported that the “Fast & Furious 6” actress has signed on a three movie deal with Warner Bros as confirmed by Variety.

Following her appearance on Batman vs.

Superman, Gal Gadot is probably going to start filming her standalone film, which is scheduled for release on 2017.

She is also rumored to reprise her role as Diana Prince is the newly confirmed Justice League movie that is also set for release on 2017.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the origin story of Wonder Woman will unfold in the upcoming “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” movie.

In the footage below the reporter claims that the Amazonian Princess is actually a Demi-god, daughter of Zeus.
