“Cryptark” PS4 release date announced.
If you’re a gamer who has played “Apotheon” then AlienTrap Games’ “Cryptark’s” PS4 release date should be something to look forward to.
According to VG24/7, the game is a high-speed rogue-like shooter set in an outerspace where players will have to complete contracts to disarm remnants of ancient alien sleet ships in order to get paid.
Playstation described it as “a 2D rogue like shooter that challenges players with boarding and neutralizing procedurally generated alien starships to earn income for their Privateering enterprise. Purchase improved equipment and weapons to tackle the more dangerous, targets, but be cautious, as failure will result in a loss of investment and profit.
“The decaying alien arks will defend themselves from intruders with a wide arsenal of cyborg monstrosities, robotics, and security systems, all obstacles that must be surpassed to achieve victory, the destruction of the ship’s central System Core.”
The more contracts are completed, the higher the pay. However, it should be noted that the more difficult missions would reap even bigger rewards.
The other gameplay details are that there are complex alien ships to board and defeat, over 60 weapons and items to purchase (items such as flamethrowers and nukes), high-score leader boards to rank skills and keep the competition tight, plus a cool soundtrack for the intense fights on the ships.
Those who want to try out the game ahead of time can do so since the game will be joining Early Access on Steam. The “Cryptark” PS4 release date yet to be announced.
