G-Dragon’s “Kwon Ji Yong” was released on Thursday, June 8 at 6 p.m. KST. The album already ranked No. 1 on all Korean music charts, including Genie, Melon, Bugs, and Naver Music in just one hour after it was released! However, as of 2:40 a.m. KST of June 9, G-Dragon’s “Kwon Ji Yong” has already spread across the globe. As reported by Soompi , G-Dragon’s latest album has ranked No. 1 on international iTunes chart across 37 countries! These countries include the Asian countries of Brunei, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, and even in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and the Eurasian country of Russia. The album, titled “Kwon Ji Yong” after his real name, is expected to be released in 2 weeks. G-Dragon’s agency, YG Entertainment, has also confirmed the fact that the BIGBANG member will be releasing his album on Thursday, June 8. “Kwon Ji Yong” will be G-Dragon’s 3 rd album to date.
