The Bangtan Boys (otherwise known as BTS) have only been around for about two years, but in that time have proven themselves to be a powerful force among K-Pop idol groups.

Most recently, BTS returned with their latest EP The Most Beautifuk Moment in Life Part 1 , an album that is rising to the top of the charts in addition to stealing the hearts of their fans around the world.

The mini-album contains a total of nine tracks including lead single ” I Need U” as well as  ” Hold Me Tight ,”  “Moving On,” and ” Boys with Fun,” among others.

It can be noted that the album shows a push for the group to a more softer, evolved style in contrast to their more hard-hitting past releases “No More Dream” and “Miss Right.” The Most Beautiful Moment in Life reached the number 2 spot on Korea’s Gaon albums chart in addition to hitting number 2 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, the latter of which marked a new ranking record for the group.

“We′re satisfied with this album and the response is good within the company as well,” said Suga during an interview with Mwave  on May 2.

“We spent three to four times longer working on ‘I Need U’ in comparison to other title songs,” he said.

“There are four different versions with the same beat.

It′s a song that kept coming out with constant editing.

We′ve put in that much effort and everyone is satisfied.” The single was produced by Hitman and Pdogg.

With the help of Brother Su, members Rap Monster, J-Hope, and Suga contributed to writing the lyrics.

In addition to the title track, for their comeback, all the members contributed to making the album a team effor.

Jung Kook produced the single titled, “Outro: Love is Not Over.” V participated in making the melody for “Hold Me Tight.” Jin worked on the lyrics for “BTS Diss.” BTS’s latest EP follows their first full length album Dark&Wild  that was released in August 2014 to tremendous fan and critical response.
