After releasing a brand new single a few months back, Britney Spears is reportedly working on her new album release, which might come out anytime from now.
In a report by ET Online , the “princess of pop” is now in the studio finishing up the rest of her ninth record. As a follow up to her 2013 release “Britney Jean,” the singer released behind the scenes look while she is in the studio with DJ Burns and producer Mischke Butler.
Meanwhile, a report by Inquistr revealed that Britney Spears may have a cover from one of the biggest songs of Ace Of Base in her new album.
According to the source, Spears recorded “All That She Wants” back in 2008, but never released the song.
Ace Of Base member Ulf Ekberg confirmed the news in an ET Online report and revealed that the reason that it might not have come out is because of the challenges the singer faced during that time.
“They wanted to release it, but that was a difficult time for her,” Ekberg said. “It was only in Denmark, never finished and didn’t end up on her album. It was cool though. She took the choruses, took away the verses and wrote new ones about her mom. It was very strong.”
“The song was never released and barely even saw the light of day, a wrong that definitely should be righted,” the publication Metro revealed, in the Inquistr report. “The original song was released in 1993 by the Swedish group and it peaked at number two. It’s never too late, Britters. Get it out there now!”
Although there are no official words regarding the release of the new album from Britney Spears, some experts say that the record could hit the shelves by summer of 2016.
