Big Hit Entertainment Website HACKED! TWICE and BTS Fans Possible Culprit

  Big Hit Entertainment’s official website has been hacked today, Feb. 22. The hacker/s replaced BTS’ “Not Today” MV with TWICE’s MV for “Knock Knock.” Big Hit Entertainment’s official website has been hacked today, Feb. 22, reports All Kpop . BTS’ “Not Today” is embedded on the “notice” tab on the site but apparently it was replaced with the MV for “Knock Knock” by TWICE. According to SBS , some netizens are now guessing the source of hack and even presumed that the hacker was a TWICE fan. Other fans are saying that this hacker wanted to start a “war” between fans of TWICE and BTS.
There currently is no information about who hacked Big Hit Entertainment’s site and the agency is yet to give a statement regarding the unfortunate matter. Big Hit Entertainment’s site is still currently inaccessible as of this writing. Big Hit Entertainment was founded back in 2005 and is the agency for the boy band BTS. BTS released their MV of the song “Not Today” on Feb. 20 which was a record breaker as it raked 1.6 million views in YouTube in just 5 hours. Big Hit Entertainment once made a joint management contract with JYP Entertainment in 2010 for the group 2AM. The group disbanded in 2014. Rap Monster signed a contract with Big Hit Entertainment in 2010 and was the first member of BTS. It was not until 2013 that BTS made their debut. Big Hit Entertainment was also the agency of the groups 8Eight and GLAM which was co-managed my Source Music.  Lim Jeong Hee, a solo artist, also sailed under Big Hit Entertainment’s flag. Other distinguished trainees under Big Hit Entertainment include: Rapper Iron, was a contestant of the show “Show Me The Money Season 3”; Jin Hyo Sang, Topp Dogg former member; and Lee Su Woong of Boys Republic.
