After all the speculations about the game and the sole information of Michael Fassbender playing a lead role in the film.
The movie “Assassin’s Creed” is finally moving as it has been confirmed that filming will start in September with a release date speculated to happen in 2017.
In a report by Game Spot , the film recently entered production and is now just waiting for its filming to start before the year ends.
“X-Men: Days Of Future Past” cast Michael Fassbender revealed everything he know so far about the film and talked about the delay in the start of filming.
“You say it’s a long time, but what I’ve found – it’s all new to me, but starting to develop scripts and work on them, they take time,” Fassbender said.
“It just takes time to get a good story together and we really want to do it right.
It’s going to start this year, we’ll be filming in September.” Furthermore, he talked to Coming Soon and revealed that the rumored Desmond Miles role is still questionable and is not what he expects to play in the upcoming film.
“You don’t know that,” the actor revealed.
“Don’t listen to what they tell you, that’s the first rule.” The story of “Assassin’s Creed” basically entails about time travelling to the past as seen on its games.
The only challenge, however they have to face for the movie is trying to learn which era are they working on for the movie.
“That’s always the challenge of something that’s so dense, to really find something and pare it down and basically, there are so many elements to it, so trying to translate that to an audience, you have to pick key things.
So yes, that is part of it, getting through the density of it and paring down and engaging a simple story.”
