Years after it has been reported that Adele was working on a new album, it is starting to look like that the “Someone Like You” singer may have forgotten about her project, which fans have been anticipating.
Fans are left with the question: “Will Adele’s new album ever come out?” Digital Spy confirmed that the follow up to “21” will be released but the songstress is just taking her time finishing the disc.
Music producer Emile Haynie revealed that Adele is not in a rush in finishing her recordings while she takes a break.
“Adele was awesome, but I don’t know if we’ll be working together,” Haynie said speaking about her success with her 2011 record.
“We got along well as friends when we met in February and I hope we can cut some songs, but Adele is taking her time.” “I’d push for it to happen, but we’ll have to wait and see.” With all the delays happening, some experts believe that the much-anticipated album would come out in 2016 or before the year ends and might be released unannounced.
“The plan is to release internationally on iTunes as a complete surprise without any previous promotion or build-up publicity campaign,” a source said as reported by The Daily Star .
“The shock tactics worked amazingly well for Beyoncé and the feeling is Adele’s new album is so widely anticipated it doesn’t need a long promotional build-up.”
